>> good morning, everyone, i'm carolyn tyler. thanks for joining us on this sunday, november 17th. let's start with a quick first look at the weather with meteorologist lisa argen. >> hi, carolyn, good morning to you. the past several months the live doppler 7hd has been tracking the low clouds and fog. they are dissipating. but in the next 24 to 48 hours we will be tracking rain. a return to rain for the bay area for the early part of the week, work week. the rest of the forecast, though, calls for patchy fog in the north bay right now and it's beginning to break up. so just about an hour or two left of that with 40s and 50s. then by noontime we are looking at upper 50s along the coast to the low 60s around the bay. by the afternoon it's a sunny and cool-to-mild day. we will look for a nice end of the weekend before the clouds thicken tomorrow and the rain arrives on tuesday. details in a few minutes. carolyn. >> lisa, thank you. breaking news now from russia. officials say a passenger airliner has crashed while landing in the city of kazan, killing all 44 people aboard. the repo
